Marnie Simon
The Pemberton and District Health Care Foundation is deeply saddened by the passing of Marnie Simon.
Marnie served with distinction as Chair of the Foundation, providing exceptional leadership during a period of revitalization and renewal. Her extensive experience in the healthcare sector—as a practitioner,
administrator, and visionary—was instrumental in helping reimagine and strengthen the PDHCF.
Throughout her service, Marnie brought unwavering dedication, generosity, and energy to her role. Her commitment to improving healthcare and supporting the well-being of our community leaves a lasting legacy, and we are profoundly grateful for her contributions.
Marnie is pictured here with her Diamond Jubilee Medal, awarded in recognition of her far-reaching lifetime contributions to the communities of Vancouver, Whistler, and Pemberton.
